Essential Details
- Venue name - your establishment's official name
- Full address - including postcode for mapping
- Capacity - maximum safe capacity
- Description - what makes your venue special
Making Your Venue Attractive
Write a description that includes:
- Type of venue (club, pub, theatre, etc.)
- Regular programming (live music nights, comedy, etc.)
- Unique features or history
- Target audience
Example:
"Historic East London pub with dedicated live music space. We host indie bands Thursday-Saturday and comedy on Sundays. Intimate 200-capacity room with professional sound system and lighting rig."
Venue Amenities
Let performers know what you provide:
- Sound system - PA specs if relevant
- Lighting - basic or full rig?
- Stage/Performance area - size and setup
- Dressing room - private space for performers?
- Bar - helps attract audiences
- Parking - especially important for bands with gear

Adding Managers
Share venue management with your team:
- Go to Venue Settings
- Click "Add Manager"
- Enter their email
- They'll get an invitation to join
