Once you've landed gigs, here's how to stay organised and professional.

Your Calendar

Access your calendar from the dashboard to see all confirmed bookings.

Calendar Views

  • Month view: See all gigs at a glance
  • List view: Detailed list of upcoming performances
  • Event details: Click any booking to see full information

Booking Information

Each booking shows:

  • Venue name and address
  • Event date and time
  • Your performance slot
  • Venue contact details
  • Special requirements

Booking Status

Track where each booking stands:

  • Invited: Venue has invited you
  • Applied: You've applied to their event
  • Confirmed: You're booked! 🎉
  • Declined: Not selected this time

Stay Professional

Before the Gig

  • Add to your personal calendar
  • Confirm equipment requirements
  • Check travel time and parking
  • Review venue policies

Day of Performance

  • Arrive early for setup
  • Check in with venue manager
  • Test equipment if needed
  • Be ready at showtime

After the Show

  • Thank the venue manager
  • Pack up promptly
  • Leave the space clean
  • Follow up for future bookings

Managing Multiple Bookings

Avoid Double Booking

Cancellations

  4. Apologise professionally

Remember: Your reputation depends on reliability. Cancellations should be extremely rare.
